
OVERVIEW
Magnetic flap level gauge utilizes buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling technology to linearly transmit changes in liquid level to the indicator, clearly indicating the height of the liquid level. It can provide on-site indication and remote signal transmission, making it a multifunctional liquid level measuring instrument.

FEATURES
- The series of varieties and appearance structure displays indicate the liquid level in red, and the upper white area is the liquid free part (liquid red and gas white). The liquid level display is intuitive and eye-catching, with good night lighting effect.

STRUCTURE AND MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
Structure and Measurement Principle UFZ-52 Basic Magnetic Float Level Gauge, consisting of main components such as measuring tube (main tube), magnetic float, and display. The upper and lower flanges of the level gauge are connected to the upper and lower flanges of the container to form a connector.
Liquid level measurement is achieved through the combination of buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. The magnetic float floats up and down in the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. Through magnetic coupling, the magnetic steel inside the float drives the corresponding magnetic flip plate in the display to flip 180 °, and continuously indicates the height of the liquid level in red.
The axial distance between two adjacent indicator plates is 10mm, therefore, the liquid level indication error is ± 10mm.
The liquid level gauge can be equipped with an alarm or transmitter to achieve upper and lower limit alarm of liquid level or remote transmission of 4-20mA DC current signal.
