OVERVIEW
The FSRBRD10 series sensor is a 26G high-frequency radar level measuring instrument that outputs 4-20mA analog signals and can measure distances up to 70 meters. The antenna has been further optimized and processed, and the new fast microprocessor can perform higher speed signal analysis and processing, making the instrument suitable for very complex measurement conditions such as reaction vessels or solid material silos.
Principle
The high-frequency radar level gauge antenna emits narrow microwave pulses, which are transmitted downwards through the antenna. After the microwave contacts the surface of the measured medium, it is reflected back and then received by the antenna system, which automatically converts it into a level signal for transmission to the electronic circuit.
Note: When using radar level timing, it is important to ensure that high material levels do not enter the measurement blind zone.
FEATURES
- Non contact measurement, no wear and tear
- Small antenna size for easy installation
- Shorter wavelength, better reflection on tilted solid surfaces
- The measurement blind spot is smaller, and it can also achieve good results for measuring small cans
- Small beam angle and concentrated energy enhance the echo capability while also helping to avoid interfering objects
- Almost unaffected by atmospheric water vapor, temperature and pressure changes
- Instruments in severe dust environments can accurately read the true level echo
- High signal-to-noise ratio, even in fluctuating conditions, can achieve better performance
- The 26GHz frequency is the choice for measuring solids and low dielectric constant media
