
OVERVIEW
The HSUZ series ultrasonic level gauge is a non-contact level measuring instrument that uses ultrasonic echo method to continuously measure the liquid or material level. The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in the physical properties of the measured medium, such as pressure, viscosity, density, etc., and can work stably for a long time under harsh environmental and climatic conditions.
The sensor adopts a built-in full range temperature automatic compensation measure to ensure stable measurement accuracy under all operating conditions.

MEASURING PRINCIPLE
The measurement principle of the HSUZ series ultrasonic level gauge is based on the time difference between the emitted wave and the echo of ultrasound. The sensor continuously emits ultrasonic pulses, which are directed towards the measured surface. When the beam reaches the surface, an echo is generated and transmitted back to the sensor. The sensor calculates the time interval between the sound wave emission and the echo reception and converts it into a 0-5V DC signal proportional to the measurement distance. The signal is then converted into a 4-20mA signal output through the V/I module.
