
OVERVIEW
The HUQD series electric float level transmitter is suitable for measuring the liquid level of various liquids in atmospheric or pressurized containers, especially for measuring the liquid level of high-temperature, viscous, and dirty media such as hot heavy oil, asphalt, and waxy oil.
There are two types of transmitters: analog and intelligent. The intelligent transmitter adopts microcomputer technology and has a series of characteristics such as bidirectional communication, remote self diagnosis and calibration, HART communication protocol, fieldbus structure, which facilitate system construction and network access.

STRUCTURE AND MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
The transmitter consists of a measurement system, a conversion mechanism, and a transmitter, and operates based on the principle of torque balance.
When the liquid level changes, the floating ball floats up and down accordingly. The up and down displacement of the floating ball is converted into angular displacement by driving the shaft through the connecting rod. It is then converted into a 4-20mA.DC standard signal proportional to the liquid level change through displacement sensors and transmitters. At the same time, the pointer on the meter head indicates the height of the liquid level in percentage form.
