
OVERVIEW
The HUTD-C series weighing electric float level transmitter adopts advanced weighing sensing technology, which enables the measurement system to have high accuracy, stable performance, and strong overload eccentricity resistance. It can be widely used for continuous measurement of liquid level, interface or specific gravity in various containers. There are two types of transmitters: standard and intelligent.
The intelligent transmitter adopts microcomputer technology and has the characteristics of bidirectional communication, remote diagnosis, convenient system construction, and network access. It is an ideal choice for industries such as petroleum, chemical, refining, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, etc.
STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE
The HUTD-C electric float level transmitter consists of main components such as a float, a float chamber, a weighing sensor, a balancing mechanism, and a transmitter.
The float, which is equivalent to the height of the measured liquid level, is suspended at the end of the lower lever. When the liquid level rises, the float is immersed in the liquid and experiences upward buoyancy, which is proportional to the mass of liquid displaced by the float.
By measuring the buoyancy of the float through a weighing sensor, the height of the liquid surface can be obtained. Using different calculation methods, the interface height of two different media or the specific gravity of certain media can be measured.
