
OVERVIEW
The HUTD-N series torsion tube electric float level transmitter adopts an advanced torsion tube sensing system, which enables the instrument to have high measurement accuracy and stable performance. It can be widely used for continuous measurement of various liquid levels, interfaces, or densities inside containers.
STRUCTURE AND MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
The HUTD-N electric float level transmitter consists of main components such as a float, a float chamber, a torque tube displacement sensing system, and a transmitter.
The float is suspended in the float chamber connected to the container through a torsion tube component. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy acting on the float changes accordingly. The changing buoyancy acts on the torsion tube through a lever, causing angular displacement of the torsion tube and transmitting it to the transmitter. After conversion and transmission, it outputs a 4-20mA.DC or digital signal.
