OVERVIEW
Overview: The HYCK series tuning fork type level switch, with adjustable amplitude, is convenient for measuring materials of different states and densities. It is suitable for fixed-point alarm or control of solid material levels in various silos and liquid levels in various containers.
The medium is a non viscous material and does not contain any corrosive substances to the fork body.
Solid materials: fly ash, cement, stone powder, plastic pellets, salt, sugar, etc.
Liquid media: water, acid, alkali, mud, pulp, dyes, oils, milk, alcohol, beverages, etc.
STRUCTURE AND MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE
The HYCK series tuning fork type level switch consists of a transmitting fork body and an amplifier. Two sets of piezoelectric crystals are pressed at the root of the fork body, and one set serves as a driver to drive the fork strand to produce vibration; The other group serves as a detector to convert the fork vibration into a voltage signal. When the fork is blocked, the amplitude of the oscillator decreases and the relay outputs a switch signal.
There are two types of instruments: integrated structure and split structure.
